I have downloaded the software - where is it?
When the All In Poker software has been successfully installed to your computer, a All In Poker icon will appear on your computer desktop. Simply double-click this icon to launch the All In Poker software and you'll be taken immediately to the Poker main lobby, where you can choose which games to play.
I've forgotten my password?
In order to get a new password, you must use the poker client which you must install if you have not already done so. Run the client application and click on the login
button in the top right corner. When the login dialog pops up you will find a forgot password link on the login box.
My password isn't working?
Entering an incorrect password can result in an 'unable to validate password' code. As passwords are case sensitive, check to ensure your Caps Lock is off. If your troubles persist, select the 'forgot password' button and a new password will be issued and send to the e-mail address listed in your All In Poker account.
Can I change my nick name?
At All In Poker, we allow you the ability to change their Player ID (nickname appearing at the poker tables) once a week. To do this, please visit the 'My Account' tab when logged on to the All In Poker software and follow the instructions.
How do I get started?
Once you have downloaded our free All In Poker gaming software successfully, all you need to do is to click at the All In Poker icon that now appears on your desktop. The first screen you will see is our main gaming lobby. Select the tab that suits your gaming need. You will find everything from all of the classic card games to a big variation of casino games.
Do I need an account?
Yes before you can start playing you need to register a completely free account with All In Poker. To create you All In Poker account, select the "Log In" button when the software launches and then click the "Sign Up Now" button. Fill in the required information in the sign up form and you are ready to gamble!
How do I get started at the tables?
Simply navigate to the game of your choice, by clicking on the different tabs in the lobby. If you want to play a tournament click on the tournament tab. Then click on the tournament of your choice and follow the instructions. Our software will help you all the way. Don't worry you will not destroy any game by not knowing the rules. Our software will help you all the way.
How do I get started playing with real money?
Want to play with real money you need to setup your All In Poker Account as a real money player. All you need to do is to visit the "Cashier" tab in the poker client. Our software will then ask you to complete all the needed fields of information, read and accept the All In Poker Player Agreement, and validate your email address. If you at any point need to edit your information the "cashier" section I the place to visit.
I do not receive any validation e-mail when trying to validate my e-mail address?
You should receive your validation e-mail within a minute or two. If this does not happen please try the following!
1. Check that you have entered your e-mail correctly. (Please note that you do not use www in an email address)
2. Check your spam folder. If the validation e-mail is to be found in your spam folder, please add. All In Poker to your safe senders list for future communication.
3. If you still not receive any validation email please contact our support that will then assist you.
How can I trust you with my money?
Having money on an online gambling site is all about trust. The company behind allinpoker.co.uk, Gaming Promotion Ltd. has been I business since 2005. We operate many gaming related sites and have always paid our customers. Anything else would destroy our business. We never use the player funds for funding of our company. Player funds are kept in separate accounts. We are fully licensed and operate under a Curacao License. You can find links to information about our licenses in the bottom of the front page.
I do not receive any response to e-mails send to your support?
We normally reply to any e-mail within 20 minutes, normally within just a few minutes. Some specific questions could take longer, if the need special investigation. When submitting a question to our support team you will promptly receive an automatic receipt for your inquiry. If you do not receive this receipt please check your spam folders, or if you have entered the correct e-mail address.
What are the rules concerning chat at the tables?
Players using offensive language in the chat function could be subject to a chat warning or a ban or limitation of their chat privileges. Chat that is not allowed on All In Poker (but not limited to) profanity, solicitation, flooding, begging and advertising. Please note that even All In Poker offer our gaming client in many languages we only allow chat in English!
Can I block the chat from others players or from the dealer?
Yes, in the menu in the chat box you can block, dealer chat, player chat in general or on an individual basis.
How do I make notes on a player?
When you are at a table, there is a "Note" tab located on the bottom left of the game lobby. This feature allows you to make notes on any opposing players by selecting the desired player from the drop down menu. From there, you simply type in any comments you wish to make and they will stick with that player regardless of any Player ID changes they may make. In addition to the notes, you are able to apply a color coded label identifying the type of player that they are.
Can I play poker for free before I begin playing for real money?
All In Poker is pleased to offer play money games to allow you the possibility to familiarize yourselves with our software, and the game of poker. To find our play tables, select "Ring Games" at the top of the lobby screen, followed by "Play Money". By selecting "All", you'll be able to view all our play money table offerings. We offer all of our different poker games also as "Play Money" NL Holdem, Omaha etc.
Why is the auto-upgrade not working?
In some cases, auto-upgrading will not work. This issue can be caused by local caching or firewall issues, which can prevent our gaming software from upgrading itself properly.
You can find the most reason version of the All In Poker gaming software by clicking here. Select the AllInPokwe.exe hyperlink to re-install our software. Choose 'Run', select 'Open File' and save it to your computer. Your software should now be properly updated to the newest version.
Can I play poker on MAC?
At the moment we do not offer a version of our software specially designed for MAC. Many of our users, have successfully employed a PC emulator and are fully able to enjoy our games. Please visit our Download Page for further details.
I don't have any sound?
Please check that you have a valid and working sound card and your speakers are not set to mute or 0. Check to see that you have sounds selected via the All In Poker 'Options' tab. The Chat Tab in the bottom right corner of the Table Screen contains an 'Options' Button where you can select 'all', 'alerts only' or 'silent'
What happens to my hand if I get disconnected while I am playing at All In Poker?
If you are connected to the All In Poker server when it is your turn to act in any real money tournament or ring game, and you timeout by not acting within 25 seconds, your hand will be set to 'Fold to Any Bet' (this will cause you to check if the action is checked to you, or fold if there is action to you).
In a multi-table tournament, you'll be given more time to reconnect and when time expires, your Extra Time (if you have any left pending) will engage if you have money in the pot. At expiry of time in the Extra Time, you will be folded, in the case of a final table you will be given extra time up to 240 seconds.
When playing at All In Poker, you are connecting to the room via the Internet making your connection key to an enjoyment game. For this reason, we suggest a higher speed and stabile Internet connection to optimize your online gaming experience, and to avoid disconnections.
